For Amanda!

This is my signature dish... I didn't invent it, but I did make some changes from the original and I use it for ANY potluck that is needed. I have given the recipe out once or twice... but it always gets lost... so here it is for all the world to see! Bon Appetite!

Ravioli & Spinach Salad with Sesame Dressing
2/3c Canola Oil
1/4c Oriental Sesame Oil
1/4c Lemon Juice
2 t Tamari Soy Sauce
5-10 cloves of garlic minced
Salt
Pepper
1 20 ounce pack fresh Ravioli
2 orange bell peppers
1/4-1/2 red onion
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
1 bag of baby spinach
3TB sesame seeds
1. place seeds over very low heat to toast- set aside to cool when done
2. put water on the boil for the ravioli
3. slice peppers and onion into thin strips
4. rinse drain pat dry tomatoes
5. add all three to a large bowl
6. Mix first 5 ingredients and mix WELL - add salt and pepper to taste
7. pour mixture over onions peppers and tomatoes
8. cook pasta according to package directions
9. rinse with cold water until pasta is cold- drain well
10. add pasta to veggies and mix
11. add spinach and mix gently
12. add toasted sesame seeds
Serve Room Temp
