So, regarding this, I think it's good to starve the kids sometimes, when they turn everything good for them down. Eventually, they'll get hungry enough. Let them say no, but keep offering it and only it. This is very much the opposite of Seinfeld's wife's book that says hide the good stuff so that it looks bad. In their formative years they need to be exposed to a model of health. Ellie has shown us kids can go _days_ w/o eating and be just fine. <br /><br />Just my take on the issue.
